New source for searching Vietnamese patent
Trial online source for searching granted patents in Vietnam
The National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP) of Vietnam has just released a trial version of new online source of granted Vietnamese patents at:

http://digipat.noip.gov.vn/default.aspx?index=1

Please note that the searching tools are currently available in Vietnamese only. A guideline for using the source is provided on site, though again in Vietnamese only.
